Cristiano Burani studied fashion design at Parsons in New York City, after graduating with a degree in medicine. He returned to Italy and began collaborating with La Perla and Versace and has been a fashion consultant for Blumarine since 2006. In 2010 he began producing, distributing, and showing his own women's wear collection during Fashion Weeks in Milan, Berlin, Paris, Moscow, Kiev, Beijing and Tokyo.
